1. Purpose
As a Member, Vaultmanual offers you access to a database of documents (including in particular Notices and practical guides) at the address Vaultmanual.com (“Site”), which you can download at your convenience, depending on of your particular needs.
You will also be able to benefit from a telephone assistance service specialized in household appliances and IT to assist you in your search for instructions and practical guides for the operation and maintenance of your household appliances and IT. But you will carry out under your sole responsibility any interventions or manipulations on your household appliances and computer equipment, our Service being limited to assistance in searching for Notices and not to the interventions themselves.
The T&Cs govern your access to and use of the Site and Services. By accepting them, you accept without reservation their entire terms and conditions.
When opening an account on the Site, you will be asked to check a box confirming that you have read and accept the T&Cs, which will then form a valid contract between you and Vaultmanual.

2. Definitions

3. Open an account
A. Conditions

B. Create an Account

C. Accuracy of Account information
You certify that your Account contains accurate and true information, and you undertake to update it, if necessary.
D. Password

4. Services

5. Rules of Conduct for Members on the Site

6. Payment
To access the Services, you must pay the amount of the monthly subscription of Services (the « Subscription »), or only that of the trial offer, as described on the Site. The Subscription and the trial offer are payable in advance, by debit from the payment method provided on the Site. 7. Intellectual Property

Vaultmanual and its affiliates do not claim for themselves, for you or for third parties, any intellectual property rights in the documents included in the databases to which you may have access following acceptance of these T&Cs.
To the extent that it does not itself have any specific property rights over the Notices to which you will have access on the Site, Vaultmanual does not transfer or grant you any intellectual property rights over them. The Notices were gathered in Vaultmanual's databases because they were freely accessible on the Internet, or their access on the Site was previously authorized by the holders of the rights to these Notices. 8. Role of Vaultmanual/Limitation of Liability

9. Account suspension, access limitations and termination
You can end your contractual relationship with Vaultmanual at any time by closing your Account in your Customer Area. The deletion will take effect immediately and your subscription will be automatically terminated.
If you do not comply with your commitments set out in the T&Cs, or if we have good reason to believe that the security and integrity of Vaultmanual, Members, or third parties are at risk, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the T&Cs binding you to Vaultmanual and closing your Account.
If necessary, you will be notified of such a measure in order to allow you to respond. Vaultmanual may decide at its sole discretion to terminate the measures put in place.
10. Personal Data

14. Right of withdrawal and refund policy
